How much does a free tour really cost?
There is no mandatory price. At the end of the tour, each participant evaluates the guide’s work and contributes the amount they consider fair. It is a transparent and honest way of understanding guided tours, based on trust and the quality of the experience.
How long does a free tour in Valencia last?
Our free tours usually last between 2 and 2.5 hours. The tour is done on foot through Valencia’s historic centre, with stops to explain the most representative places, their history, curiosities and cultural context.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot, especially on weekends and during high season. The reservation is free of charge and helps us organise the group and maintain the quality of the tour.
How big are the groups?

This approach helps visitors understand the city’s urban, social and cultural evolution from a more creative perspective, where each stop is part of a story rather than a purely monumental or essential route.

Valencia is a city of light, but also of shadows. Beneath the white stone of its palaces and the bustle of its squares lie stories of power, desire, faith, and excess that time has never erased. On this tour, we walk through its streets and plazas following a thread as old and as human as time itself: the Seven Deadly Sins.
Each stop leads us to a place where a sin left its mark. Lust, carved into the stone of ancient buildings. Greed, which helps explain the grandeur of monuments raised through trade and wealth. Pride rises in towers that seem to challenge the sky, while envy slips into rivalries, hidden symbols, and political decisions. Wrath appears in moments of conflict and punishment; sloth, in the contrast between splendor and neglect; and gluttony, in a city where eating has always been a nearly sacred act.
Because in Valencia, sin is not only observed, it is tasted. We will talk about paella, horchata, and Agua de Valencia as expressions of pleasure, identity, and celebration. Here, temptation is not a mistake; it is part of the city’s character.
This tour offers a different way to understand Valencia: through its sins, its flavors, its art, and its contradictions. A deeply human city, where the divine and the earthly have coexisted for centuries… and where every sin tells a story.

On this tour, the city becomes an open-air historical novel, unfolding chapter by chapter as we follow the human protagonists who lived here and transformed it. Christian kings, architects, anonymous neighbors, figures from the Muslim world, characters from Roman Valencia, and witnesses of the Spanish Civil War “accompany” us along the route.
The itinerary takes us to the exact places where these characters played an important role, where they made decisions, lived through conflicts, or left a mark that can still be read in the city today. Each stop becomes a scene in the story, and each urban space the setting where an essential part of their lives, and of Valencia’s history, took place.
