TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of guided tour services offered by TyrisTours, as well as booking requests made through the website www.tyristours.com . Submitting a booking request implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

TyrisTours offers tourist guided tours in the city of Valencia, under the conditions, dates, and schedules indicated on the website or communicated to the user after submitting a booking request. Tours are conducted in person and are subject to availability.

3. BOOKING REQUEST

To submit a booking request, the user must provide at least the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Number of participants

​

Submitting a booking request does not imply automatic confirmation of the service, which remains subject to validation by TyrisTours.

4. CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Once the request has been received, TyrisTours will contact the user to confirm availability, service conditions, and practical details (meeting point, meeting time, duration, etc.). Communications will preferably be carried out via email, telephone, or instant messaging applications (such as WhatsApp).

5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

The user agrees to notify TyrisTours as early as possible of any cancellation or modification of the booking. TyrisTours reserves the right to cancel or modify a guided tour for justified reasons (weather conditions, force majeure, safety concerns, minimum number of participants, or other circumstances), informing the user through the available means.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Arrive punctually at the designated meeting point.

  • Maintain respectful behavior during the tour.

  • Follow the guide’s instructions for safety and organizational reasons.

TyrisTours reserves the right to exclude from the activity any person who fails to comply with these rules, without entitlement to any claim or compensation.

7. LIABILITY

TyrisTours shall not be held liable for:

​

  • Delays or failure to attend by the user.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

  • Incidents resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Participation in the tours is undertaken at the user’s own responsibility.

​

8. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of the user’s personal data shall be governed by the provisions set out in the website’s Privacy Policy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, explanations, and narrative provided during the guided tours, as well as the original texts and structure of the website, are protected by intellectual property laws. The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
